58 smart sustainable and luxury apartments are being developed in the De Discovery project between Utrecht and Nieuwegein, in the Rijnhuizen district. A new place to live in a historic part of Nieuwegein with sights such as Fort Jutphaas, Rijnhuizen Castle and the park surrounding the Fort, where offices are making way for homes.

The Rijnhuizen district is transforming from a business park into a beautiful, free residential location in Nieuwegein. Approximately 2,500 homes are planned in Rijnhuizen and living and working will go hand in hand. The accessibility of Rijnhuizen is excellent: public transport within walking distance and roads to A2 / A12 / A27. PROJECT THE DISCOVERY
